– Production incident management (STEP/RCC/ODL) – Analysis and resolution of STEP issues – Development of fixes and/or enhancements for the various tools (STEP/RCC/ODL) – Writing functional and technical specifications – Design of technical solutions – Implementation of monitoring using Elasticsearch – Participation in data recovery phases within the projectSpecific
skills:
