Develop advanced formal-methods and computational-science problems and assess AI reasoning against expert solutions.
What you will do
- Construct realistic mathematical or scientific problem sets.
- Write reference solutions and clear grading criteria.
- Evaluate correctness, depth and the quality of domain-specific reasoning.
Required background
- A PhD or equivalent doctorate and at least ten years of relevant experience.
- Current or recent hands‑on scientific or formal‑methods work.
- Strong technical writing and the ability to work independently and asynchronously.
Preferred background
- Peer-reviewed publications, open-source contributions or other recognized technical work.
- Experience assessing research, code, teaching work or technical writing.
- Expertise in Lean/Coq, computational biology/genomics, condensed‑matter physics or quantum physics.
Availability
- Remote work; agree the assignment schedule before starting.
$105–$179/hr
