YOUR ROLE

Within CMA CGM, the Lines Ops Transformationdepartmentoversees digital projects and productsimpactingLines Ops Business Executionsuch asFleet Assignment,Operations,CargoflowandPartnership Agreement.

Led by Lines Ops Transformationpole,MARLIN is astrategicprogram aimed at building a digital solution,encompassing3 tools,to manageand optimizeCMA CGMFleet andNetwork.

In this context,we areseeking aLeadProduct Owner to ensurethe Run of a portfolioof productsthat will increase over time.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

Business Requirements Collection:collaborate with Business stakeholders to understandtheir expectations.Identifyand prioritizeBusiness needsin order todefinethe targetsolutionand product’smainfeatures.

Product BacklogManagement:updatethe Product Backlog by translatingBusiness requirements into User Storiesand defining acceptance criteria.Ensure Business approval of all concepts carried by the User Storiesand prioritize the features to develop.

Product Conception:lead workshops withdevelopmentteam tocommunicateproduct’sobjectivesandfeatures. Arbitrate andvalidateIT solutionsconsideringtheallocatedbudget andvalidatefunctionalspecifications.Participate with IT stakeholders to oversee product developmentprocessand address production issues, when necessary.

Quality of Deliverables Monitoring:monitorproduct progress at each stage of the process. Ensure the productfitsbusiness requirements andhas been developed within adata qualityframework.

Tests & UAT:Validatefunctional tests &UAT strategy,monitortests campaigns in collaboration with the Test Lead tomeasure the quality of the deliveries at all stages.

Product Implementation:supportChangeManagement teamonrollout strategy definition,organization oftraining sessions for end usersand communication.

Product Performance Monitoring:Monitor tool adoption andensuretheproduct brings business valuethrough KPIs. Gather feedback to improve andoptimizethe productfeatures.

Reporting:Working with the product team toregularlydeliverupdates and status reports.

Pursue Change Mangement: continuous improvement of the process, and communication around the products.

Team Management: manage and support a team of 2 people, ensuring alignment on priorities, workload and product objectives.

Stakeholder & Management Communication: maintain a high level of interaction with senior management, providing visibility on product performance, priorities, key issues and decision

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

Leadership and Collaboration Experience: Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, with previous team management or strong leadership experience . Ability to foster a collaborative and positive working environment.

CommunicationSkills:Excellent communication skills inboth French and English.Ability to lead meetings inFrench andEnglish. All documentation in English.

Analytical Skills:Ability todeterminekey elementsand prioritize them.Identifyproactivelypotential issues and propose solutions.

Flexibility:Ability to adaptquicklyto changing project requirements and priorities. Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Agile Methodology:Experience working in an Agile development environment.

CMA CGM and Shipping Knowledge:Previousexperiences in Shipping would be appreciated.
