Geode Health is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to diagnose and treat mental health disorders and provide psychotherapy across a broad spectrum of conditions. You will collaborate with an integrated care team to deliver coordinated care and crisis intervention when needed.
The role offers a hybrid work schedule, with most therapists working three days onsite and two days telehealth, plus a strong emphasis on measurement-based care and ongoing professional development.
