Contract type - Contract to Permanent
Project focus - This global business is implementing ServiceNow - from scratch.
- The role requires a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with 7+ years of consulting experience and CTA or CMA certification, with deep expertise in CSDM, CMDB, configuration management, and end-to-end platform architecture.
- Strong hands‑on knowledge of ServiceNow AI capabilities‑including GenAI, Now Assist, Predictive Intelligence, and AIOps‑is essential, alongside the ability to design scalable solutions within a complex telecom environment. CPQ and Order Management experience is a bonus, while the ideal candidate should have the technical leadership and long‑term ownership mindset to support platform transformation from contract through to permanent employment.
