About the Role:
We areseekinga talented and motivatedSeniorDigital Design Engineerto join ourBluetooth IP team. In this role, you will be partofand reliability requirementsare met to deliver advanced wireless technologies.
This position requires a deep understanding of the digital design lifecycle, a high degree of autonomy, and strong collaboration skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams includingsystemarchitecture, algorithms, hardware, software, validation, and customer support, to drive excellence throughout the product development process.
Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of themacro/sub-systemarchitecture,designand verification foradvancedBluetooth/15.4MAC, PHY and platformsolutions.
Implementthe digital design on FPGA along theexistingFW andRF platform for prototyping.
Support the Validation teams during the certification of the productand the application team on request (Customer Support).
Plan, Track and give visibility to your workprogress.
Mentor andprovidetechnical guidance to the team.
Providedocumentation, includingmacro-/sub-system architecture,interfacesandHWsub-systemlevel testing.
Drive continuousimprovements by contributing to the evolution of the work environment (process/methodology, technology/tools).

Requirements
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering in computer sciences, electronic, embeddedsystemsor similar field.
- 12+yearsprovenexperience in hands-on digitaldesignincluding 5 yearsinarchitecture.
- Profoundunderstanding ofSoC and HW sub-systemsarchitecture.
- Mastering of the fulldesign flow (Micro-arch, RTL, testbench, code coverage, synthesis, verification,co-simulation).
- ExperiencedinFPGA implementation.
- Effective communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate with others and work autonomously in your field.
- Self-motivated, self-directedand proactive.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and capable of working in autonomy.
- Project planning and progress tracking skills.
- Fluent English - Verbal and Writing.
