Homa is seeking a Lead Economy Designer (Hybrid RPG) to own the economy across multiple live titles. You will decide how players earn, spend, and engage, guiding monetization and features with data-backed roadmaps and simulations to scale games to global rankings.
You will partner with studios and publishing teams, build scalable models, and drive revenue KPIs while collaborating at the intersection of product, design, and data in a fast-moving environment.
