Véritable partenaire des orthodontistes, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la promotion de nos solutions innovantes et dans l’accompagnement des praticiens au quotidien.
Vos

missions:
Développement commercial & stratégie terrainFidéliser et renforcer les relations avec nos clients existants.
Développer le chiffre d’affaires du secteur en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités de croissance.
Prospection active, actions terrain, suivi des leads.
Déployer des actions commerciales ciblées pour renforcer la pénétration du marché.
Relation client & accompagnement des praticiensAssurer des visites régulières auprès des orthodontistes et cabinets dentaires.
Présenter les nouveautés produits et accompagner leur mise en place dans les cabinets.
Recueillir les retours terrain pour contribuer à l’amélioration continue de nos solutions.
Analyse & pilotage de l’activitéRéaliser une veille concurrentielle et analyser les évolutions du marché.
Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour garantir une expérience client optimale.
Assurer un reporting hebdomadaire des rapports de visites, leads, opportunités via les outils CRM.
Suivre les indicateurs de performance.
Job requirementsCompétences & expérienceBac+2 ou formation supérieure en commerce.3 ans minimum d’expérience réussie en vente terrain, idéalement dans le secteur médical, dentaire ou dispositifs médicaux.
Excellentes compétences en prospection, négociation et développement commercial.
Capacité à instaurer des relations de confiance durables avec les praticiens.
Forte autonomie, sens du service client et orientation résultats.
Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (langue maternelle).
Compétences techniquesMaîtrise des outils informatiques (Office, Excel) et CRM.
Permis B.
LocalisationSecteur 62, 76 et 80.
Déplacements quotidiens, idéalement basé(e) sur le secteur.
