The consultant will be involved in the functional scoping, feasibility studies, solution sourcing, procurement assistance, project management, functional architecture, integration, development, testing, deployment, and change management phases.
Main

responsibilities:
• Define and formalize the acceptance testing strategy in line with project objectives and business requirements.
• Design test plans, test cases, and test suites necessary for validating solutions.
• Organize, coordinate, and manage functional and application acceptance testing campaigns.
• Track, classify, prioritize, and resolve anomalies in collaboration with project teams.
• Prepare validation decisions by producing acceptance test reports, validation summaries, and tracking spreadsheets.
• Contribute to ensuring the security of deployment phases and the continuous improvement of testing practices.
Required

skills:
• In-depth mastery of testing and acceptance methodologies: test strategy, test plan, test plan, test scenarios, test cases, acceptance criteria, and test suites.
• Good understanding of IT project lifecycles: V-model, Agile/Scrum, continuous integration, acceptance testing, pre-production, deployment, and change management.
• Ability to analyze functional and technical specifications, identify testable requirements, and ensure traceability between requirements, tests, defects, and validation decisions.
• Experience using test and defect management tools such as Jira, Xray, Squash TM, ALM/Quality Center, Azure DevOps, or equivalents.
• Skills in querying, data control, and integrity verification, particularly with SQL databases or reporting environments.
• Understanding of application architectures, interfaces, data flows, APIs, and system integration mechanisms.
• Ability to manage functional, application, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing campaigns.
• Expertise in bug tracking: qualification, prioritization, assignment, follow-up, arbitration, reporting, and leading steering committees.
• Ability to produce dashboards, progress indicators, acceptance test reports, validation minutes, and decision-making documents.
• Strong understanding of software quality, security, performance, reliability, maintainability, and user experience requirements.
Required profile:
• Experienced to senior consultant with significant experience in functional testing, test management, business validation, or leading validation campaigns on complex IT projects.
• Proven experience in multi-stakeholder environments involving business units, project owners, project managers, integrators, software vendors, development teams, and operations teams.
• Ability to work across the entire testing cycle, from strategy definition to production deployment decision, ensuring the quality of deliverables and risk management.
• Consulting-oriented profile, capable of quickly understanding business challenges, structuring a validation approach, and proposing pragmatic improvement actions.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple test projects, prioritize tasks, manage dependencies, and identify roadblocks.
• Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills, analytical mind, and the ability to work in demanding, evolving, or time-constrained environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the facilitation of workshops, the management of progress meetings, the facilitation of decision-making, and the building of stakeholder engagement.
• Strong writing skills to produce clear, structured, and readily usable documents: acceptance testing strategies, test plans, reports, summaries, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
• Ability to act as an acceptance testing expert for project teams and contribute to the professionalization of testing practices.
