Join our team as an IT Ops Project Manager to lead operational IT projects and ensure end-to-end governance of the IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for steering initiatives, managing service providers and maintaining constructive relationships with software vendors and IT suppliers.

- Lead operational IT projects (planning, monitoring, deliverables, reporting).
- Provide leadership and coordination for project teams.
- Manage the governance of IT service providers and subcontractors.
- Maintain constructive, strategic relationships with software vendors and IT suppliers.
- Identify and resolve project roadblocks and risks.
- Ensure deadlines, budget and deliverable quality are met.
Lo que buscamos
- Proven experience as an IT Ops Project Manager or in an equivalent role.
- Demonstrated track record in team management and recognised leadership.
- Experience in managing service providers and subcontractor governance.
- Customer-oriented mindset and experience in IT supplier management.
- Strong command of operational IT project management.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid).
- Experience in KPI tracking and performance reporting.
