Mistral is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to join our Applied AI for Critical and Sovereign Institutions team in Paris. You will design, implement and deploy GenAI solutions for high‑impact, regulated environments, collaborating with researchers, engineers and customers to deliver secure, scalable AI systems.
You should have 2+ years in AI/ML, strong Python and PyTorch skills, and a track record of delivering production‑grade projects.
