- Participate in the Extended Management Committee and contribute to defining and implementing strategic priorities with elected representatives and management
- Manage and lead the Plant Strategy & Agronomy Department and the Agroecological Transition Department
- Coordinate advisory, support and assistance activities for farmers in agronomy, water quality and field experimentation
- Lead projects from opportunity identification through technical and financial completion
- Direct team assignments and monitor the quality of services delivered
- Strengthen the field presence of lead advisers
- Make the CRM system the central tool for management, cross-functional collaboration and data sharing
- Contribute to the organization’s quality and performance initiatives
- Coordinate and lead internally the Landes Laboratory for Agroecological Transition (LLTAE) project
- Oversee the operational, administrative, technical and financial management of LLTAE activities
- Manage relationships with technical and institutional partners
- Participate in steering committees, technical committees and working groups
- Develop proposals for funding bodies, elected representatives, management and partners
Requirements
- Higher education degree in agronomy, agriculture, environmental sciences or a related field
- Proven experience in team management and project leadership
- Strong knowledge of agricultural, environmental and agroecological transition issues
- Excellent ability to facilitate partnerships and work within networks
- Experience identifying funding opportunities and managing calls for proposals
- Demonstrated organizational, project management and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset, leadership skills and ability to support change
- Interest in digital tools, data and artificial intelligence
- Experience monitoring performance and quality, with proficiency in CRM and reporting tools
