CONTEXT

In this context, they must design a "core model" information system and integrate all existing information systems, with the ultimate goal of completely shutting down the acquired company's IT system.
MISSIONS To successfully complete this transformation, several key steps are necessary: \_ cleaning up legacy IT systems (ERP, CRM, production tools, data, etc.), \_ duplication or creation of components not currently present in the core model, \_ deduplication of data and applications, \_ and then complete decommissioning of the old IT systems, in order to converge towards a single IT system. This project must be completed within a strict timeframe of 8 months. Currently, the coexistence of several IT systems generates significant operational impacts: teams must work on different tools, which creates inconvenience, risks, and a loss of efficiency. The objective is therefore to switch to a single IT system common to the entire company. In this context, the client is looking for a Project Manager. The project is technical in nature, but the expected role is primarily that of a project manager: \_ monitoring deliverables, \_ managing schedules and ensuring deadlines are met, \_ coordinating teams, \_ regular reporting to stakeholders, \_ following up with contributors and escalating any roadblocks. A project team has already been formed: \_ a lead developer, \_ a business analyst, \_ a tester, \_ two developers.
