Amoria Bond is seeking an experienced Construction Lawyer to work on a major green energy project in Paris, France. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating EPC and construction agreements, coordinating with engineering, finance and project teams, and ensuring documents meet lender and project finance requirements.
You will negotiate with international contractors, assess commercial risk, and drive complex contractual negotiations from initial terms to final agreements.
