Job responsibilities
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy
- Lead Talent Acquisition activities for the HR function and selected critical business roles.
- Act as a strategic advisor to HR Business Partners and hiring managers on complex, niche, hard-to-fill, and confidential searches.
- Develop and execute sourcing and hiring strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce planning needs.
- Manage the recruitment ecosystem, including the ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter platform, while continuously identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and communication of recruitment and mobility data, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Represent Parfums Christian Dior in Group Talent Acquisition forums and translate key strategic priorities into local actions and recommendations.
- Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines through continuous market mapping and sourcing of both internal and external talent.
- Conduct exploratory and assessment interviews to evaluate talent potential, career aspirations, and mobility readiness.
- Actively identify, assess, and map internal Group talent, providing HRBPs with proactive recommendations for current and future hiring needs.
- Lead career and mobility discussions with managers, supporting talent development, retention, succession planning, and internal mobility.
- Leverage talent intelligence and market insights to identify emerging talent pools and anticipate future capability needs.
- Represent PCD in Talent Rooms and Group talent forums to increase visibility of key talents and strengthen cross-Maison mobility opportunities.
- Partner with HR leadership to identify high-potential profiles and build succession pipelines for critical roles.
Strategic HR & Talent Projects
- Contribute to the design and preparation of Organizational Management Reviews (OMR) and talent governance forums.
- Participate in Organization Design and workforce planning projects.
- Lead and continuously enhance the Recruit & Dior program.
- Design, structure, and optimize Talent Acquisition and mobility processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Support the deployment and evolution of Career Compass across PCD.
- Contribute to strategic HR presentations and executive-level materials for senior leadership and governance committees.
- Drive Talent Acquisition transformation initiatives, including employer branding, talent intelligence, recruitment analytics, and digital innovation.
Profile
You bring 6+ years of experience within Talent Acquisition, Executive Search, Talent Management, Mobility, or Strategic HR, ideally within an international and fast-paced environment.
You are recognized for your ability to combine operational excellence with strategic thinking, and for your capability to influence senior stakeholders while building strong relationships across the organization.
