Support Safety teams at one or more critical sites (inspections, coaching, training, accident investigations, action plans)
Develop, share and support initiatives that foster a strong safety culture across all sites
Participate in Eramet Group prevention initiatives
Assess safety risks at assigned sites and propose prioritized action plans to local teams
Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the field and assist teams in achieving conformity
Deploy and audit safety management systems, in particular the Group's Essential Requirements, at intervention sites
Lead accident and incident investigations, identify root causes and ensure follow-up of corrective actions
Rely on strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and processes to assess risks close to operational realities

Engineering degree or Master’s degree, with 10–15 years of experience in industrial safety
Proven experience implementing improvement plans in complex industrial environments
Strong influencing skills, pedagogical ability and persistence to secure buy-in from field teams
Organizational and synthesis skills in multicultural contexts
Excellent writing and facilitation skills to make complex content accessible
Strong ability to work across networks with stakeholders at all levels
Availability for frequent international travel, including to remote sites (60–70%)
Fluent English required (international working environment)
