  • Support Safety teams at one or more critical sites (inspections, coaching, training, accident investigations, action plans)
  • Develop, share and support initiatives that foster a strong safety culture across all sites
  • Participate in Eramet Group prevention initiatives
  • Assess safety risks at assigned sites and propose prioritized action plans to local teams
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations in the field and assist teams in achieving conformity
  • Deploy and audit safety management systems, in particular the Group's Essential Requirements, at intervention sites
  • Lead accident and incident investigations, identify root causes and ensure follow-up of corrective actions
  • Rely on strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and processes to assess risks close to operational realities

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or Master’s degree, with 10–15 years of experience in industrial safety
  • Proven experience implementing improvement plans in complex industrial environments
  • Strong influencing skills, pedagogical ability and persistence to secure buy-in from field teams
  • Organizational and synthesis skills in multicultural contexts
  • Excellent writing and facilitation skills to make complex content accessible
  • Strong ability to work across networks with stakeholders at all levels
  • Availability for frequent international travel, including to remote sites (60–70%)
  • Fluent English required (international working environment)
