Job Overview:

The role reports directly to the Director of Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement and is responsible for global supply planning and procurement activities. It includes managing a team of four direct reports, overseeing an international supplier base, and ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Finance, Programs, and Commercial teams.

You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, successfully balancing supply planning, inventory optimization, procurement, and operational performance. You are data-driven, proactive, and highly collaborative, able to influence stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Finance, and external partners. You enjoy solving complex planning and supply challenges, continuously improving processes, and building resilient supply networks. Above all, you are motivated by contributing to the success of innovative space and connectivity solutions that make a difference on a global scale.

What You’ll Do:

As Head of Supply Planning & Procurement, you will lead the end-to-end supply planning and procurement activities to ensure material availability, inventory optimization, supply continuity, and operational excellence across the organization. You will drive planning processes, manage supplier performance, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of supply plans to support business demand, deployment programs, operational activities, and service continuity requirements.
• Own inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, improve inventory accuracy, maximize availability, and minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
• Drive and continuously improve Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), and Collaborative Planning, Forecasting & Replenishment (CPFR) processes to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and business priorities.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies that balance cost, quality, delivery performance, risk mitigation, and business continuity objectives.
