Swapcard is seeking a senior corporate lawyer to join our legal team and help steer the company through complex transactions in a fast-growing AI-powered event platform environment. You will report to the Chief Legal Officer and handle funding, M&A, and cross-border structuring with global subsidiaries.
Applicants should hold a French legal education, CAPA, and 4–6 years of corporate law experience, with excellent drafting, communication and bilingual proficiency in English and French.
