Internal Sales Manager

At Carlton Cannes, a Regent Hotel, we are looking for an Internal Sales Manager to join our Sales team and contribute to the commercial performance and continued success of our hotel.

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Sales, you will play a key role in converting business opportunities into confirmed revenue, combining strong commercial acumen with precision, elegance and an exceptional sense of service.

Recently renovated, our hotel brings together the heritage of the Carlton Cannes and a renewed vision of modern luxury, where excellence, elegance and genuine hospitality define the experience we offer our guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed business.

• Negotiate and issue commercial proposals in line with our positioning and commercial objectives.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through a proactive, personalised and service-oriented approach.

• Issue and follow up on contracts, confirmations and sales documentation.

• Work closely with our Sales, Revenue, Events and operational teams to ensure seamless coordination and the highest standards of service.

Profile & Mindset

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally within a luxury or high-end hotel environment.

• Strong commercial acumen and a genuine sales-driven mindset, combined with excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.

• Highly organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with a natural sense of service and a commitment to excellence.

• Knowledge of Delphi is a plus.

• Fluent English and French.

• Gross monthly salary: €3,500
