Задачи:
- Own a defined Customer Marketing workstream independently, from diagnosis through rollout
- Turn customer, market, and field insights into narratives, programmes, and concrete actions
- Work with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and local teams to advance initiatives
- Prioritise opportunities based on customer needs, business impact, and available evidence
- Design rollout, adoption, and feedback mechanisms
- Define relevant metrics, measure impact, and iterate based on results
- Connect Customer Marketing work to adoption, commercial effectiveness, or business growth
Требования:
- Experience owning a meaningful Customer Marketing, commercial, GTM, or customer-facing Marketing scope
- Strong customer and commercial judgment
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems and make clear choices
- Strong communication, narrative, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience turning insights into action, adoption, or measurable business impact
- Ability to work hands-on with limited direction
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to expand your scope over time
