Brink’s Global Services is now seeking a new commercially minded, dynamic, strategic business and people leader to build out the next iteration and growth for the France business. The BGS Country Leader at Brink’s Company in France holds comprehensive responsibility for the company's financial performance, focusing on enhancing productivity and efficiency given its significant capital investment and narrow profit margins. The Country Leader is charged with optimizing shareholder returns by overseeing profitable growth and ensuring the secure operation of the Company. This role demands a seasoned professional with a strong background in process redesign, system upgrades, and effective people leadership. The Country Leader will spearhead the transformation and oversight of all facets of the company's operations, emphasizing customer satisfaction and fostering positive employee relationships.

- Define and execute the company strategy in line with market dynamics, ensuring a strong balance between commercial growth, operational efficiency, and risk control.
- Own full P&L performance, driving profitable growth through disciplined pricing, cost control, and decisive management of underperformance.
- Deliver operational excellence by ensuring secure, efficient, and standardised execution of all activities in line with Brink’s procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Drive commercial performance through deep customer insight, active management of key accounts, and development of sustainable, value-accretive business opportunities.
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable French and international laws, regulations, and industry standards, including financial, security, and labour requirements.
- Champion health, safety, and security, ensuring full adherence to HSE standards and a zero-compromise approach to risk management.
- Optimise organisational capability, ensuring the right resources, skills, and structures are in place to meet current and future business needs.
- Strengthen client and stakeholder relationships, including key customers, regulators, partners, and industry bodies.
- Oversee service quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring consistent delivery aligned with contractual commitments and operational standards.
- Lead continuous improvement and innovation, leveraging best practices and technology to enhance productivity, service quality, and cost efficiency.
- Maintain strong operational oversight, including regular site visits and audits to ensure
