About the Role
We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager based in Paris to support selected French and European beauty, fragrance, fashion, and lifestyle brands.
The role focuses on understanding consumers, defining product opportunities, strengthening positioning, and supporting go-to-market decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze consumer needs, category trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Support product positioning and go-to-market strategy.
- Evaluate opportunities in beauty, fragrance, wellness, and lifestyle categories.
- Translate consumer insights into product and communication recommendations.
- Support product localization for different markets.
- Analyze emerging product concepts and consumer behaviors.
- Support brand extension and category development projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in product marketing, brand marketing, product strategy, category management, or consumer insights.
- Experience in beauty, fragrance, luxury, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and product positioning.
- Strong storytelling and analytical skills.
- Experience with international markets is an advantage.
