Stealth is seeking a Deputy Chief Technology Officer to partner with the CTO in running a global engineering organization that delivers high-frequency trading and asset management platforms. You will own delivery cadence, platform consolidation, data strategy, and regulatory execution across divisions.
You will shape engineering culture, scale teams across Europe and the US, and manage budgets while delegating execution to VP-level leaders.
