Industrial AI software that delivers the value it promises — measured in euros on the client's P&L, not in slides.
Location: Paris-based, deployed at industrial client sites across France and Europe
Level: Senior (5+ years of experience)
Compensation: €80,000 – €100,000/year (base + deployment bonus tied to validated client gains, + equity)
Our values :
- Impact, not reports. Every hour of work traces to the client's P&L.
- Ship in weeks. A working system on Friday beats a perfect architecture next quarter.
- The floor is the truth. The ERP says one thing, the shop floor does another. We believe the floor, and we go see it.
- Ownership without borders. You close gaps even when they're outside your lane. No submarines.
- Humility as a method. "I don't understand this process yet" is the beginning of every good deployment.
What you'll do :
You embed inside an industrial client — a factory, a warehouse network, a supply chain organization — and you own the deployment of vertical AI software until it produces measurable, recurring gains. At this level, you don't just execute the last mile — you own the account end-to-end and set the standard for how deployments should run.
- Own the full deployment cycle for one or several client accounts — configuration, integration, data pipelines, and the custom glue code no product ships with.
- Extract the data that doesn't exist yet: interview the planner, sit with the operator, turn tribal knowledge into structured data.
- Frame every scope as a business case: what it's worth in euros, how we'll measure it, when finance signs off.
- Run the deployment cycle like a professional: weekly steering, clear status, risks surfaced early — and coach junior FDEs on how to do the same.
- Spot the next opportunity inside an existing account and build the business case for it yourself.
Your profile :
Senior, entrepreneurial, hands-on. 5+ years of experience. We care less about your title and more about what you've actually shipped and owned.
Must-haves (non-negotiable):
- You've shipped production code with your own hands for at least 5 years. Name the repo, the stack, what broke, who reviewed it.
- You've built something from zero that nobody asked you to build — a real product, tool, or automation with actual users, not just an idea.
- Structured problem decomposition on genuinely ambiguous problems — the single most tested skill in our hiring process.
- You want the field, not the office. Factories are loud, data is dirty, stakeholders are skeptical — and you'd rather be there than behind a roadmap committee.
- You hold a room with a skeptical plant manager, disagree with a client, and say "I don't know" without losing the room.
- An entrepreneurial mindset — a genuine builder, comfortable getting your hands dirty rather than just architecting from a distance.
- Professional French and English — you can run a workshop with a plant manager and a standup with an English-speaking stakeholder.
- Available to travel 2–3 days a week to client sites, including outside Paris and occasionally abroad.
Nice-to-haves:
Prior exposure to industrial environments, a quantitative backbone, frontend basics (React/TypeScript), prior experience owning a P&L or a client relationship, a founder background (successful or not).
Senior FDE (owns one or several accounts) → Lead FDE (owns a portfolio of deployments and a team) → Founder track. Scope here is earned by what your deployments do for clients' P&L, not by tenure — and the studio behind us means a real path to launching your own company without burning your own savings to do it.
Working conditions :
3-week paid intensive bootcamp at start. Paris base; expect 40–60% of time at client sites during active deployments — in practice, 2–3 days a week on-site, back in Paris the rest of the week, with occasional travel abroad. Standard health cover, meal vouchers, €2K relocation allowance if moving to Paris.
This role is probably not for you if…
You want a pure engineering job with no client in the room. You need certainty about what next month looks like. You're more comfortable describing a solution than shipping one. Travel is a dealbreaker. You need a mandate before you'll build something.
We look for profiles with clear, standout strengths, not ones that just check every box a little.
