Rapyd is seeking a Customer Delivery Manager to oversee merchant activation and onboarding, coordinating with Sales, Risk, and Operations to ensure rapid activation and early revenue ramp. You will manage high-risk merchants, navigate complex payment flows, and drive performance improvements across regions.
Responsibilities include owning activation lifecycle from post-signature to go-live, ensuring fast time-to-revenue, and delivering insights to optimize merchant activity and long-term growth.
