Alan is hiring software engineers to build the AI-native internal platform that powers our distributed organization across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. You will design and ship AI agents that automate onboarding, knowledge retrieval, and performance alignment while pushing LLMs into production for real-world outcomes.
We value engineers with 5+ years of experience in backend or full-stack roles, strong Python/Flask and React skills, and a passion for AI.
