Scento is seeking a Head of CRM & Lifecycle to own email, SMS and messaging programs across Europe. The role drives welcome journeys, abandoned cart, browse reminders, win-back and launch communications, in multiple languages, to maximize loyalty and revenue.
You will build a data-driven CRM calendar aligned with launches, gifting, and the perfume advent calendar. Expect a fast-growing, remote-friendly EU environment with clear ownership and rapid decision-making.
