About Curium - A global leader in radiopharmaceuticals
Curium is a global leader in nuclear medicine, backed by global investment firm CapVest. Our fully integrated value chain – from isotope production to final dose delivery – reaches more than 14 million patients a year through 6,000+ customers across 70+ countries, united by one mission: improving patient outcomes.
About the Corporate Strategy Team
The Corporate Strategy team defines Curium's long-term trajectory and steers its most important decisions – spanning strategic planning, market opportunities and competitive intelligence, commercial due diligence, clinical trial support together with a range of ad hoc strategic topics. It brings together former top-tier strategy consultants (BCG, Bain, Roland Berger) in a fast-paced, intellectually rigorous and highly collaborative environment.
About the Role
As a Corporate Strategy Associate, you will own your workstreams end-to-end, from framing to recommendation. You will:
- Run market and opportunity assessments – sizing markets and building the models and business cases behind launch and growth decisions.
- Lead commercial due diligence on deals – running the market and target analysis along the M&A and Business Development teams' investment decisions.
- Support clinical trial launches – bridging clinical teams and the Board and aligning stakeholders around key trial milestones.
- Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives – partnering with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain and Medical to move enterprise-wide priorities forward.
You will work with a high degree of autonomy and ownership on a lean team, with your output regularly reaching the company's most senior leaders (C-suite, Group Leadership Team and Board). The role offers exceptional exposure to strategic decision-making and a strong platform for accelerated development.
