Uniti is seeking a Manager – Held Order Management to lead a team handling fiber order holds and their resolution. You will ensure timely intake, root‑cause categorization, and system entry, then drive disposition through release, completion, or cancellation across DCRIS, Salesforce, MIROR, and Snowflake-based reporting.
The role emphasizes hands‑on order visibility, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration with Field Ops, Construction, Engineering, and HR.
