Job Description Summary

Global Marketing Manager for EchoLab (Adults & Pediatrics) reports to the CVUS Global Marketing Director and is responsible for optimizing commercial performance through the development and execution of Global Marketing Plans, including New Product Introduction, in coordination with Global and Regional stakeholders. You will work closely with customers, sales and applications teams, as well as the Competition and Market Intelligence team to gather market insights and develop compelling value propositions, sales tools, product training, and competitive analysis. Digital strategy and social media awareness are key components of the role.

Essential Responsibilities

Market Analysis And Long Term Strategy

  • Work with Global Business Director to develop market assessments and produce quarterly market share, pricing, and competitive deep‑dive analyses, identifying product and marketing opportunities for profitable growth.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clinical and industry trends in the segment, perform product and service economic analysis, and support portfolio diversification strategies.
  • Build strong connections with KOLs to understand unmet needs and serve as the Voice of Customers in shaping future product roadmaps and prioritizing product development.

New Product Introductions

  • Lead NPI launch plans, develop business cases with Product Managers, and coordinate marketing plans with Regional Marketing Leaders.
  • Create impactful value propositions for assigned products, services, and offers, based on customer challenges, unmet needs, and buying criteria.
  • Define evidence generation plans to support value propositions; collaborate with KOLs and clinical teams during the NPI evaluation phase.
  • Leverage KOLs as ambassadors, building thought leadership and customer awareness.
  • Collaborate with Global Marcom and Regional Marketing Managers to develop campaigns that drive customer behavior change and leverage new channels, techniques, and digital strategies.
  • Demonstrate creative thinking, influence key stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts effectively.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • License in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Recognized ability to lead teams and define a marketing strategy.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry/products and experience managing an international brand.
  • Strong analytical and process skills.

Desired Characteristics

  • Significant marketing experience in upstream or downstream roles, including market analysis, customer insights, product launch, business development, and branding.
  • Experience in both global and regional product marketing.
  • Sound clinical expertise in interventional cardiology (devices and/or imaging).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups with strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrated project management and budget oversight.
  • Customer‑centric and service‑oriented attitude.
