Kestra Technologies is seeking its first dedicated People hire to lead recruitment and people operations across regions. This hands-on role reports to the co-founders and partners with hiring managers to scale the team.
You will own sourcing, onboarding, compensation cycles, and international employment logistics while building scalable processes. English is the working language; French or German familiarity is a plus.
