We regularly recruit highly experienced reinforced concrete designers to work with a major Oil & Gas engineering group in Paris. You lead a team of designers and guarantee the quality of civil drawings for industrial facilities.
Your responsibilities
- Produce and check reinforced concrete drawings: structures, foundations, equipment pads, basins and underground works.
- Prepare formwork and reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules.
- Lead and supervise a team of designers, allocate workload and check deliverables.
- Coordinate studies with structural engineers and other disciplines (piping, equipment, electrical).
- Contribute to 3D model reviews and clash detection.
- Ensure compliance with project standards, Eurocodes and production schedules.
Your profile
- At least 15 years of experience as a reinforced concrete designer, including experience as a group lead.
- Background ideally gained on Oil & Gas, petrochemical or industrial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or BricsCAD and Navisworks.
- Sound knowledge of reinforcement detailing rules and Eurocodes.
- Technical English appreciated for project communication.
