Overview
You will be responsible for coordinating and managing activations end-to-end, from briefing through to final content delivery. You will work on campaigns deployed across all communication channels: TV, radio, press, digital, social media and on-the-ground activations. Manage the entire production process in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders (clients, publishers, legal, suppliers, etc.). Ensure adherence to schedules, production milestones and the smooth execution of campaigns. Lead coordination meetings and ensure clear, fluid communication and alignment between all parties. Work daily with the commercial teams and production companies. Supervise production stages: Brief, Kick-Off, PPM, recordings, photoshoots, shoots, filming, post-production. Travel as required to support productions, notably to accompany shoots and photoshoots or to attend certain client or partner meetings. Maintain a smooth, proactive and expert client/partner relationship, acting as a production advisor throughout the project. Manage budgets allocated to each operation and ensure project profitability. Oversee administrative tasks: contract management, purchase orders, invoicing and supplier follow-up.
Requirements
- You have at least 4 years of experience in production project management, ideally within an agency.
- You are passionate about production and enjoy coordinating complex end-to-end campaigns while keeping a cool head and clear thinking.
- You are recognized for your rigor, ability to anticipate, autonomy and capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
