We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Global Marketing Activation Specialist, Running & Outdoor, with proven experience in 360° campaign activation and deployment. In this role, you will support the orchestration of campaign activations across markets and channels, ensuring consistency, relevance, and impact at every consumer touchpoint.

As a cross-functional partner, you will translate campaign concepts and creative briefs into detailed, best-in-class activation plans and toolboxes. You will be responsible for building activation plans, coordinating asset delivery, and supporting flawless execution across all touchpoints: digital, retail, events, PR, paid media, and more.

Working closely with Global Marketing, Content Production, and Regional teams, you will support marketing excellence, contribute to campaign activation planning aligned with the master calendar, and help deliver seamless, consumer-centric campaigns that maximize brand impact worldwide.

Your Main Missions:

Campaign Activation Planning

  • Translate campaign concept briefs into end-to-end activation plans, identifying the most impactful touchpoints

  • Define 360° touchpoints (retail, paid/owned/earned media, PR, CRM, digital, events, influence) and build activation plans and toolboxes that maximize channel effectiveness

  • Set KPIs per touchpoint, ensuring alignment with overall campaign objectives

  • Support budget allocation and tracking at global and regional level

  • Leverage consumer insights and trends to propose activation ideas that resonate with the target audience

Campaign Production & Execution

  • Build detailed campaign roll-out plans, including day-by-day launch timelines and asset delivery schedules

  • Brief asset creation for all touchpoints, ensuring on-time delivery of integrated marketing toolboxes

  • Support visual selection by touchpoint for final usage

  • Coordinate global campaign elements (contests, events, influencer collaborations) in partnership with touchpoint experts

  • Manage relationships with external agencies from briefing to execution and feedback

Campaign Deployment

  • Support regional/local deployment of campaigns, following official gates and provided guidelines

  • Follow up on marketing plans and budgets, ensuring efficient allocation at global, regional, and local level

  • Track and report campaign performance, providing insights to optimize future activations

  • Build strong relationships with regional/local market teams to ensure global consistency while allowing for local adaptation

  • Present activation plans at campaign gates, supporting stakeholder alignment and approval

Global Campaign Execution

  • Support execution of global campaign moments (product launches, events, activations, contests)

  • Support implementation of global events (e.g., Gravel Festival)

5 years' professional experience in marketing and communication, or specific expertise, ideally in the sports sector

  • Proven expertise in project management

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Ability to autonomously lead and execute projects with efficiency

  • Strong analytical skills and synthesis capacities

  • Deeply embedded in running culture and in tune with its evolving competitive landscape

  • Foreign languages: proficiency in English, another language is a plus

  • Computer skills: good command of Pack Office (Microsoft Office)
