Senior Project Manager – SimCorp
Location: Paris, France (preferred)
Contract: Full-time Contract
Start Date: September 2026
Skillfinder International is recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager with SimCorp Dimension experience to join a major, multi-year transformation programme within the investment management industry.
Candidates based in France are strongly preferred, particularly those who are French-speaking, although the project language is English and applications from other locations will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale SimCorp transformation programme.
- Drive project governance, planning, reporting, risk management and delivery.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and provide regular programme updates.
- Ensure delivery milestones are achieved while maintaining high-quality governance standards.
- Support change management and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering complex SimCorp Dimension projects as a Senior Project Manager.
- Strong project governance, programme management and delivery experience.
- Previous experience within investment management or financial services.
- Good understanding of accounting and finance processes within investment management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- French language skills are highly desirable.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent are advantageous.
