Your Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, the CCO holds a dual mandate that is strategically vital for RIDE's growth: managing the commercial team dedicated to satellite operators, and driving RIDE's launch capacity strategy and relationships with launch providers.

On the commercial side, you manage an already-established team of Business Developers, ensuring they perform and close deals. You personally step in on high-stakes negotiations and closings, and can act as the point of contact on RIDE's key accounts when needed.

On the launch strategy side, you are RIDE's architect of access to launch capacity. RIDE is moving from brokering launch opportunities to securing capacity ahead of demand. You lead RIDE's own capacity procurement strategy (dedicated and shared missions, multi-launch agreements, emerging launch vehicles) and negotiate directly with launch providers and OTVs to lock in preferential terms, exclusive allocations and early access to new launch vehicles.

You sit at the intersection of sales performance and supply-side strategy: what your team sells depends directly on the capacity you secure upstream.
