| YOUR CHALLENGE ?

We are looking for a Senior Digital Design Engineer to spearhead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex digital systems. In this pivotal position, you will play a central role in shaping our digital product development, driving technical excellence, and mentoring a high-performing digital design team.

• System Architecture: Partner with the system architect to refine and optimize digital architecture, making informed decisions based on cost, effort, and complexity.
• Make/Buy/Reuse Strategy: Evaluate and decide on internal development, reuse, or acquisition of third-party IPs.
• Technical Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide the digital design team to achieve objectives while ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables across multiple projects.
• Complex Design Development: Take ownership of designing and delivering advanced, safety-critical digital solutions.
• Cross-domain Collaboration: Act as the digital representative in multidisciplinary activities, working closely with software, analog, and test teams.

• Solid track record with automotive quality standards, including ISO 26262 compliance.
