As a Shift Acceleration intern consultant, you will join a team dedicated to turning this promise into reality.
Responsibilities
- Produce key deliverables (approaches, frameworks, benchmarks).
- Organize and facilitate trainings and workshops.
- Implement a communication strategy (email campaigns, web pages, mockups).
- Research partners and communities (meet‑ups, events).
- Organize client events and conduct strategic monitoring.
- Execute client‑facing assignments, accompanied by a manager.
- Contribute to the development of our offerings in a high‑growth environment.
Requirements
- You are a final‑year Master’s student (engineering school, business school, or university) seeking a final‑year internship.
- You have a strong digital background and initial practical experience (internship, work‑study, academic or personal project).
- You have a keen interest in technology, enabling you to understand challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken, which is essential for working in an international environment.
Core Competencies
Demonstrates strong digital acumen and the ability to produce key deliverables while facilitating training and workshops. Proficient in developing communication strategies and conducting strategic monitoring in a client‑facing role.
