Alignerr Corp. is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer - AI Data Trainer. Remote hourly contract, 10–40 hours/week.
You will lead high-fidelity reasoning traces that guide AI models through complex tasks and mentor teams in documenting planning and tool use. You will design data strategies to improve real-world decision-making in LLMs. The role rewards expertise in ML, strong problem decomposition, and experience with LLM evaluation and training strategies.
