Pardus Bridge Recruitment is supporting a leading French consulting firm looking for a Senior Manager to strengthen its Retail Banking Transformation practice.
This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who combines deep retail banking transformation expertise with a strong commercial mindset and network across the French banking market.
You will lead and develop major transformation programmes for Retail Banking clients, with a particular focus on:
- Large-scale business and operational transformation programmes
- Target Operating Models and process optimisation
- Regulatory and technology-driven transformation
- Business / IT transformation and organisational change
- Senior stakeholder and C-level engagement
You will also play a significant role in business development, identifying opportunities, developing client relationships and contributing to the growth of the consulting practice.
- Senior consulting experience within Retail Banking
- Strong understanding of Risk processes and banking transformation
- Experience leading large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong programme / project leadership capabilities
- Excellent C-level and senior stakeholder managementProven ability to develop client relationships and identify new opportunities
- Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
