X-FAB France is seeking a Senior Customer Account Manager to build lasting customer relationships, manage orders, coordinate deliveries, and ensure satisfaction across the portfolio. You will analyze forecasts, anticipate risks, and ensure adherence to commercial agreements in a fast-paced industrial environment.
The role requires a Master's degree in SCM/CRM, 5+ years of experience in industry, and strong English (B2) with Mandarin as a plus.
