Context: Within the Governance and Reference Data entity, in the IT Strategy, Architecture and Cloud Department, one of the area's missions is to manage Software Asset Management (SAM) processes. The main activities of this department are:
• Facilitating Software Asset Management processes
• Supporting the 150 Asset Managers (product managers) within the IT Department in their relationships with their suppliers and the monitoring of the assets under their responsibility.
• Contributing to the definition of the strategy through analyses of the current situation and recommendations for action.
• Coordinating with suppliers during audits to ensure the effectiveness of the compliance verification process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Produces and facilitates SAM risk monitoring meetings (4 per year) and generates reports for the IT Directors on each of their areas of responsibility.
• Monitors license usage based on an inventory to ensure compliance of used assets and proposes contractual changes (SAM Verification and Compliance Process).
• Verifies the accuracy and completeness of the SAM repository, inventory of acquired products and licenses, contractual data and their usage, etc.
• Plans and initiates compliance reviews (scheduled, periodic, or upon request for internal or vendor audits).
• Develops compliance plans following internal or vendor audits .
• Supports Asset Managers responsible for products in declaring license elements in the repositories and in their usage inventory activities.
• Engages the Asset Manager community through Viva Engage communications, webinars, and produces documentation related to SAM tools. An experienced and immediately operational candidate is expected to take on the role. The required skills include:
• Knowledge of enterprise repository governance and related issues.
• Knowledge of the company's procurement processes.
• Legal knowledge and an understanding of software contracts and their operational impact.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to adapt to different audiences.
• Proficiency in IT tools for collaboration, productivity, and project management.
• Ability to lead monitoring and steering committees.
