Victorian Government Trade & Investment (VGTI) office, Paris, FranceEmployment Type: Ongoing, full-timeA unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional with a background in financial systems, office administration and human resources to join the Victorian Government Trade & Investment (VGTI) international network.
Reporting to the Commissioner for Victoria to Europe, this position will require an ability to manage administration, office accounting including acquittal of credit card and expense claims, liaison with an external payroll company and banks under the direction of the Commissioner.
The role will also support the Commissioner with co-ordination of Ministerial visits to the region as well as VIP visits to Victoria including overseeing program scheduling and logistics.
About youThe successful candidate will possess:An ability to manage the efficient operation of the ongoing, day to day administrative matters of the office including using financial, budgeting, accounting, banking, and office administration systems.
Proven ability to manage and co-ordinate human resource systems and records.
Significant experience and knowledge of coordinating asset management, IT, and information systems, including accommodation leases, client contact management systems and the preparation of performance statistical reports.
Significant experience providing high-quality executive support services including coordination of appointments, business travel and other administrative requirements and administrative and project support.
The successful candidate for this locally engaged position will be responsible for all arrangements in relation to relocation expenses (if applicable), their accommodation and day-to-day living expenses.
