The Enterprise Architect - Digital & AI is responsible for defining and structuring the Group transformation around digital, product and client.

Define and build momentum around a vision for the Digital transformation

Define how solution & product should be positioned into the IT & Business landscape, across all functional domains

Drive the definition of Business Capabilities, in strong collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Identify and map current applications with these business capabilities

Build the decommissioning plan with relevant stakeholders : IT and business

Drive technology innovation around data & AI

Analytical skills and ability to structure
Strong ability to map business capabilities with technical solutions (and vice-versa)
Project Management
Ability to engage with business and C-level stakeholders, explaining technology in non-technical terms
Excellent reporting and presentation skills
Can-do attitude and service-oriented (client focus)
Autonomous, creative rigourous, organised, transparent and team player (collaboration)
