* By Roberte OkoyaContext: We are looking for a Product Owner for our client to join the Enterprise Customer Area teams within the Digital Solutions Department. The role is within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment with a strong focus on customer value, strategic alignment, and delivery. Main
Responsibilities:
• Define the operational product vision.
• Build, maintain, and prioritize the Product Backlog.
• Manage User Stories and their breakdown with the teams.
• Ensure progress tracking and validation of deliverables.
• Facilitate business workshops and gather user requirements.
• Coordinate work with Product Managers, Architects, other Product Owners, and technical teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, etc.).
• Manage dependencies, risks, and functional trade-offs.
• Guarantee the quality and relevance of the delivered product. Required
Skills:
• Product Ownership in an Agile SAFe environment.
• Scoping and writing functional specifications.
• Monitoring development and testing teams.
• Facilitating business workshops.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong user focus and value creation.
• Analytical, synthesis, and initiative skills.
• Ability to work across multiple multidisciplinary teams. Desired Profile
• Seniority: Senior (5+ years of experience)
• More than 5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience in complex organizations using scaled Agile methodologies.
• Good knowledge of the insurance sector (health, life, savings, retirement).
• Knowledge of B2B digital ecosystems for businesses. Expected Deliverables
• Product Vision.
• Product Roadmap.
• Prioritized Product Backlog.
• Definition of Ready (DoR).
• Definition of Done (DoD).
• Acceptance criteria.
• Organization and validation of user tests.
