Alan is hiring a User Researcher to sit at the intersection of product, design, and engineering, grounding decisions in member needs. You will run interviews, diaries, surveys, and usability sessions across the full product cycle and translate findings into clear insights for cross‑functional teams.
You’ll collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineers, mentor teammates, and help grow Alan’s research culture while aligning with healthcare impact and AI considerations.
