Au sein de l'équipe Business Analysis & Monitoring du métier Global Banking, vous accompagnerez les métiers Funds Financing Group (« FFG ») et Debt Markets - Loan Capital Markets (« LCM ») dans le pilotage financier de leurs activités. Le rôle se situe à l'interface entre les métiers, Finance et les opérations, et couvre notamment le suivi mensuel des résultats et des ressources (bilan, hors bilan et Risk Weighted Assets), la réalisation de forecasts et l'amélioration continue de nos processus.

Vous assumerez les responsabilités suivantes, qui comprennent à la fois des éléments récurrents en lien avec les arrêtés mensuels/trimestriels et une importante dimension projet :

• Responsabilités en lien avec les arrêtés mensuels/trimestriels :
  • Fiabilisation des revenus (marge d'intérêts, commissions et autres revenus) dans le cadre des arrêtés mensuels. L'objectif est d'assurer la cohérence des revenus avec les attentes du métier (notamment par rapport à a liste des commissions et aux niveaux de marge attendus). Les ajustements identifiés pendant cette revue se font en lien avec le métier, la chaine opération (middle/back office) et la comptabilité.
  • Fiabilisation des ressources sur base trimestrielle, avec suivi mensuel intra-trimestre. L'objectif est de suivre l'évolution des engagements et RWA (Risk Weighted Assets) afin de vérifier que les nouvelles transactions sont correctement prises en compte, qu'il n'y pas d'écart significatifs avec les systèmes d'opérations, et que les actions de réduction des risques (assurances, titrisation notamment) sont correctement reflétées. Les demandes de corrections se font en lien avec le métier et les équipes en charge du reporting du risque de crédit.
  • Coordination des forecast trimestriels, en lien étroit avec le Métier: projection du stock de transactions, recueil des hypothèses de forecast (pipeline de transactions), et transposition des hypothèses de forecast (pipeline, encours etc.) dans les templates de forecast.
  • Traitement des demandes ad'hoc de projections (par exemple projections par client pour le Coverage).
  • Production des reporting mensuels et trimestriels sur les encours et les revenus
  • Responsabilités projet :
  • Amélioration des processus de l'équipe : homogénéisation et automatisation des contrôles, projections et reporting sur l'ensemble du périmètre de l'équipe Business Analysis & Monitoring, en mettant en œuvre des outils de traitement de données type PowerBI, Tableau ou Alteryx
  • Résolution à la source des problèmes récurrents identifiés lors des arrêtés (en lien avec les acteurs des chaines opérationnelles et finance).
Vous rejoindrez l'équipe Transportation l'équipe Business Analysis & Monitoring est composée de 10 personnes (7 Product Analysts, 1 manager, 2 alternants), et couvre les activités d'Investment Banking et de Financements Structurés de Global Banking (métiers Real Assets, Debt Markets, Fund Financing Group, Equity Capital Markets et M&A/Advisory).

Vous serez situé aux Grands Moulin de Pantin, pour vous y rendre, vous aurez l'embarras du choix : RER E (station Pantin), métro ligne 5 (station Hoche), Tram 3b (station Ella Fitzgerald), Vélib'... tous les modes de transports vous conduiront aux Grands Moulins de Pantin Dans des locaux pensés flex office, nous nous rendons occasionnellement à Paris au 16 boulevard des Italiens.

Ce poste passionnant se situe à la croisée du métier, des opérations et Finance et peut donc offrir des possibilités d'évolution vers ces différents domaines.

Vous aurez l'occasion de vous familiariser avec les Métiers et produits de Fund Financing Group et de Debt Markets, ainsi que des spécificités du traitement de ces opérations par le Middle/Back Office et de leur traitement comptable/contrôle de gestion. Ce poste vous permettra également de développer des compétences en matière de contrôle et fiabilisation de données.

Avez-vous le profil ?

Oui, si vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience, notamment dans les domaines Finance, Opérations, Inspection et/ou Data Management et un Master 2.

Vous avez des compétences sur les outils PowerBI, Alteryx ou similaire, à un niveau suffisamment avancé pour vous permettre de construire des workflows automatisés d'analyse et de reporting de données de revenus et ressources.
