Decathlon has a major ambition: to be People Centric. To support the development of the company's teammates, one of our strategies is to improve our HR repositories to determine what jobs & expertise actually exist in our organization and to efficiently manage our workforce.

In this context, the Corporate HR team, attached to the Human Resources Department, is being strengthened. We are looking for a teammate migration project coordinator to help us to migrate our 110 000 teammates to the right jobs, for our 70 countries.

Your missions:

- Responsible for the global cleaning of the skill catalog

- Conducte arbitration workshops regarding the skill catalog with internal experts from different background

- Guarantee a data model that meets all the Group's needs, thanks to numerous exchanges with our country contacts

- Ensure that the HR data required by my department is correctly reported and of good quality

Description du profil

- Your strong communication skills will be key in liaising with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, maintaining transparency and fostering trust.

- Your ability to manage geographically dispersed teams will ensure smooth project execution despite logistical challenges.

- You have excellent project management skills

- You want to play as a team and deal with various experts

- You have a good command of the Google suite or the Microsoft suite

- Fluent in written and spoken English
