POSITION: Regional Sales Manager – North West FranceSECTORS: Sectors: HVACR, refrigeration, air conditioning, building materials.SALARY: 50,000 euros plus 20% bonus, company carTERRITORY: Nantes, Rennes, Tours, Orleans, Le MansOur client is the global leader for mini pumps with the most reliable, installer friendly and innovative products on the market. As the business has grown so has its operational footprint with its UK Head Office and manufacturing site, they are also based in France, Germany, Italy, Australia, India, and USA.As a result of continued growth, they are looking to recruit a new position Regional Sales Manager to be responsible for increasing sales & market share with several key accounts in North West FranceTheir route to market is through a wholesaler network.Key Responsibilities will include: -Working with the Head of Sales to ensure close management of key wholesalers/distributorsOptimise the breadth of their range & increase market share with existing accounts through merchandising and training (at branch level) & ensuring their brand is high profileParticipate in Exhibitions, Trade Fairs, Wholesaler/Distributor branch events & sales meetings as requiredMonitor stock levels & competitor products and activitiesPerform regular training at wholesaler/distributor branches & to installersCandidates’ profile, background and experience: -Fluent in English is essentialProven track record of working within a wholesaler/distributor networkExperience in either HVACR, construction, air conditioning, building materials sectorsIndependent worker who is confident in using their own initiativeStrong commercial insightProven track record of training and sales to a wholesaler/distributor networkWillingness to travel frequently (anticipate 75% of time will be in the field)This is a permanent position with a competitive base salary with performance-based bonusCompany car includedSupport from an international technical, marketing, and logistics teamA strong and trusted brand within the HVAC/R industryOpportunity for professional development and long-term growth in a global companyInterested candidates should forward their CV in strictest confidence to Paul Davidson @ PDA Search & Selection Limitedpaul.davidson@pdasearchandselection.com | pdasearchandselection.com
