VOTRE MISSION

La Direction Water International Proposal de Suez Engineering & Construction (E&C) recrute un/e :
PROPOSAL MANAGER H/F
Au sein de la Direction Water International Proposal, vous êtes responsable de la réalisation d’offres jusqu'à leur remise.
Vos principales missions :

  • Vous animez l'équipe d'offre ainsi que les différentes parties prenantes internes (ingénierie, achat, construction, exploitation et maintenance, juridique, assurance, etc..) du projet
  • Vous définissez avec la Direction technique, les technologies et les lignes de traitement les plus adaptées
  • Vous piloter la mise en place d’accords avec les partenaires ou sous-traitants
  • Vous étudiez les risques et opportunités pour être force de proposition dans la stratégie de l'offre
  • Vous êtes responsable de l'estimation financière
  • Vous coordonnez la production de tous les livrables de conception ainsi que les études techniques pertinentes
  • Vous assurez le bon transfert auprès des équipes exécution, une fois l'offre gagnée

VOTRE PROFIL

De formation supérieure Bac+5 (type école d’Ingénieur ou universitaire), vous avez une expérience dans un poste similaire en environnement industriel et international.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre leadership et vos qualités d'animation, ainsi que pour vos capacités d'adaptation à des environnements multiculturels.
Maitrise de l'anglais impérative. Des déplacements occasionnels à l'international sont à prévoir.
